Yes! We can absolutely embroider a logo with a digitized file.

Yes! We can digitize your logo or design for a fee. Fees depend on the artwork/logo submitted. Please submit a Custom Request Quote for Embroidery.

*digitizing can take up to 3 business days depending on size and artwork style.

Embroidered items are FINAL SALE. Orders with embroidered items can take up to 2 additional weeks to ship.

**If express shipping is selected at checkout, your order will ship via express after a processing time of 2 weeks. Does not include holidays or weekends.

Embroidered items are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged. If an error has been made on your embroidered order, let us know by contacting us. Please include order number, an image, and description of the error.

Our in-house embroidery team works fast! If we catch it in time—before the embroidery process has started—we can cancel the order. If you made an embroidery error during ordering, you can contact us here with the order number and embroidery updates. 

However, if the embroidery process has started, we can’t cancel or edit the order. Embroidery makes an item final sale, so it can’t be returned. We appreciate your understanding!

Embroidery cost depends on the option(s) you select:

Prices are based upon text, icon and dependent upon any digitizing required. Our quote will be a complete out the door price excluding taxes and any shipping fees when applicable.

Our machine is a 20 needle multi-head with unlimited color possibilities to include ombre, neon, glow in the dark, metallic, and sublimation threads.

We also do our own digitizing, this means that more fonts are available to our customers.
